The end of July was a busy time for the shopkeepers on Bridge Street, when hundreds of 'stick for the reek' were purchased by potential pilgrims.

We would apprreciate any memories of this event that you would like to share with us as Ballinrobe people were great supporters of this great event which still goes on till this day.
