Phillips Family, Ballinrobe

My Grandmother Dorothy Phillips and her family came from Ballinrobe Abbey St.  I believe her mother was Elizabeth Keys and her father  William Phillips who was a RIC. She had a brother John and a sister Lydia. This is all I know of them and would love to know the family history. Is there any way of finding information on them? I don't have dates on any of this information
