Need help with IDs

By Owen Gallagher

Hello. We are in the process of writing a book about the history of our father's family, one of the Gallagher families who lived in Cornaroya near the St. Jospeph Convent. We could use some help identifying the people in these two photos. The picture of a group includes at least two members of the Gallagher family from the late 1920s somewhere in Cornaroya. The young man in the back right is our Uncle Pat Gallagher. His sister Nora is the second from the left in the front.  Any help identifying the others, or exactly where this was taken, would be great.  Pat emigrated to Philadelphia in 1930. Nora Gallagher married Pat Murphy and lived on New Street in Ballinrobe until she died in 1980. Our father was their brother Jim, who left for America in 1949. All we know of the second photo is that the two men listed as two neighbors from Cornaroya, possibly in 1949. We'd love to know who they are ... and where the photo might be set. Any idea what the hill in the background is? Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.Owen and Pat Gallagher
