This photo is of her mother Francis Thomas (nee Cavanagh) with her parents Adam Cavanagh and Rose (bee Guest) and thinks Adam was Land Stewart for Sir Lindsay FitzPatrick in Co Mayo.  As Barbara’s mother was born in September 1921, this looks like about 1922.
